Meet Darlene Lankenau who graduated from Indiana State in 1992 with a degree in Spanish and now teaches for the East Allen County School Corporation in Fort Wayne, Ind. She also serves as the Northeast Indiana Regional Alumni Association chairperson.

The 2012 Homecoming celebration weekend begins with the 50th annual Sycamore Tricycle Derby on Friday, includes the parade and football game on Saturday and ends with a praise service on Sunday.
Alumni Association honors four with Distinguished Alumni Awards
The ISU Alumni Association has selected four individuals to receive this year’s Distinguished Alumni Awards. The awards honor living alumni who have been outstanding in their professional achievements and/or have made significant achievements and/or have made significant contributions benefiting their community, state or country.
Four Alumni Receive GOLD Awards
The 2012 GOLD Award recipients are Chris Pillow, along with Brian Miller, Adam Paulson and Kevin Wool, who are known by the moniker Team Ugly.
