Alumni Updates — Fall 2011
Kylie Hutson continues to soar to new heights while other alumni conduct research in Jordan, work in Illinois state government and receive a national sorority award.
Sycamore Athletics Update – Fall 2010
Senior Kylie Hutson won her fourth national pole vault championship, and eight Sycamores won the MVC’s top academic honor this past spring. The women’s golf team members posted the highest GPA in Division I, eight track, field, and cross country athletes received Academic All-America honors, and the women’s basketball team finished fourth in the nation in the annual Women’s Basketball coaches Association Academic Team Top 25 Honor Roll.
Hutson Reaches the Top Once Again
Indiana State junior pole vaulter Kylie Hutson of Terre Haute captured her second national championship of the year at the 2009 NCAA Outdoor National Championship with an ISU record vault of 14 feet five and a quarter inches.
